1. Suzuki Samurai
2. Ford Raptor

7. Early 1990s Lexus LS400

This the most Jalop list ever.
All of the cars on my list are the same way, except the Subie would be yellow and the bug and Citroen would be patina’d.
![]() 12/12/2015 at 11:43 |
|
Infinite you say?
Automotive hoarder status for me thank you.
Anything even remotely desirable will end up in my garage.
All makes, all models, I would not discrminate.
![]() 12/12/2015 at 11:43 |
|
An all British list. I see your using that all maintenance will be paid for clause to your full advantage.
![]() 12/12/2015 at 11:44 |

I really wanted more classic stuff. It’s hard to narrow it down to just 10. 20 I could maybe do.
![]() 12/12/2015 at 11:45 |
|
Yeah, I had the same problem, as I would have liked to add more JDM stuff to mine. The list will probably be completely different tomorrow.
![]() 12/12/2015 at 11:46 |

You’re the first person to catch on to that out of all of these type of lists. The McLarens are only there so I can have something reliable.
![]() 12/12/2015 at 11:46 |

Infinite budget, but you can only have 10 cars.

I wanted more classic small cars as well. Like a Mini and maybe a Triumph of some sort and a Datsun 1600 roadster.

The Mini was a must have for mine. A good handling car that can be used on track, at a rally, or as a DD AND can hold four people? Where do I sign up?
Triumph’s is an interesting idea, but I’d much rather have the E Type and Midget as the British roadsters on my list. The Datsun never had much appeal to me though. Maybe it’s those ugly hard tops they all seem to have.
![]() 12/12/2015 at 11:54 |

That is quite the list.

Local Motors Rally Fighter

10/10 would hoon.
![]() 12/12/2015 at 11:57 |

A reverse of this.
Tinfoil Hat cut up a 1:64 510 wagon and made it a pickup , so I’ll do it the other way and turn the 620 into a wagon with pop-up bench seats.
Or at least, that’s the plan.
![]() 12/12/2015 at 11:59 |

Balancing Jalop-ness and my want for exotics is hard, and frankly I would have listed more (VolksCaddy and such).

Mini holding 4 people? Are we still talking about a classic Mini?
And in a perfect world, my Datsun would look like this...

Silverado HD for towing
Raptor for adventuring and off-roading. Probably some sort of SUV conversion if it exists, otherwise just a heavily modded Z71 Tahoe.
Split window, because dream car.
‘69ish Caddy for cruisin’
e39 M5 daily
e46 CSL, because now that I’ve drunk the Kool-Aid, I can’t live without an e46 M3 in my life.
3.0CSL because fanboi
Zonda Roadster, because of weird irrational love.
Miura, because duh
F40, also because duh.

The Mini can hold four people, assuming the are children or underweight . . . .
The wheels on the Dato are sweet, but I’d still prefer a MG.

I’d hoon that Caddy. Have some appropriate music:

Nah, that thing’s way too big. I do most of my adventuring on sand, so even a Tahoe is pushing it on weight.
![]() 12/12/2015 at 18:58 |

Yeah, its basically a continuation of the Ford Excursion. On the upside it has 440hp and 880ft lbs of torque.
![]() 12/12/2015 at 19:06 |

Yeah. It would be fun to drive, but it would probably be a mess off-road.

It will depend on when you ask.
All right,
Honda Insight, first generation,
and another Insight with a K20,
Alfa Giulia 1300, plus I am presuming twenty or more other Alfa Romeos,
including an 8C,
Morgan Trike,
This filthy little beast apparently from the Buckeye State, replica of a Peel P50,
This XJS V12 stick-shift,
This Starlet,
and others.

I don’t think its THE truck, just a tribute to it.
